TMS respects the privacy of every individual about whom we provide information. We offer our clients digital media creation, implementation, and production products to support targeted communications. When TMS provides information products to our clients, we adhere to the information practices outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Most information gathered by TMS is not done via this or any other TMS website. TMS is not responsible for the data security practices of our clients and customers when acting as a processor or service provider. TMS is the sole and exclusive owner of any material or data on this site. Our products support a diverse range of marketing firms, researchers, data compilers, and suppliers in managing, utilizing, and optimizing digital marketing efforts, as well as identifying and reaching relevant audiences.

TMS collects information from users of our website. We use this information, such as the web page you visited, to help us determine how to improve our Services. We also agree to comply with the restrictions imposed by information providers on the data we receive. Our clients’ information is the sole property of our clients, and the rights we have concerning our clients’ information are the rights they grant to us. We use and share personal information that our clients share with us in the manner requested or authorized by our clients, consistent with the restrictions placed on that information.

We may share personal data we obtain with the following third parties:

  • Agents and Service Providers who help with our business activities or provide services requested by our clients. These companies are authorized to use your data only as necessary to provide these services to us. These services may include data storage, customer service, and business operations.
  • Business and Data Partners and Clients to help provide more tailored advertising and for analytical purposes.
  • Affiliates, Partners, and Subsidiaries: to provide necessary services.
  • Change of Control or Ownership when TMS may transfer your personal information as an asset part of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or other transaction with a third party that assumes control of all or part of our business.

Third-party providers give us information regarding the use of targeted advertisements. We do not control the use of the information provided by those third parties. However, those third parties may have systems in place that allow consumers to make choices about how their information is used. Security, Retention, and Data Integrity

TMS follows accepted standards and maintains physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect personal data. TMS continually monitors access to its systems to detect unauthorized attempts to gain access to information. We may retain your information for as long as necessary to provide Services to our clients, or as long as our client accounts are active, or as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Children Under the Age of Eighteen

TMS does not knowingly collect personal information from any person we know to be under the age of 18. We will delete any personal information collected that we later determine to be from a person under the age of 18. Our products and services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. Opt-Out Preference Signals/Tracking Technology

Consumers may opt out of personal information sales, sharing, and targeted advertising by broadcasting an Opt-Out Preference Signal, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), on the browsers and/or browser extensions that support such a signal.  If you choose to use the GPC signal, you will need to turn it on for each supported browser or browser extension you use. Your request to opt out of sale or sharing will be linked to your browser identifier only, unless it is already associated with other personal information.

If you would like us to make the connection between your browser and your account, or other personal information that we may hold that is subject to opt out when you send the opt-out of “sale/sharing” of your personal information request or GPC signal, and you have not yet opted out of “sale” / “sharing” your personal information, we recommend you send your complete name and mailing address to TMS at the email address noted below.
